Accepted Answer

Yes, the in-house catering team at the Forum provides both set menus and bespoke catering for the halls. An in-house licenced bar can also be supplied.

Can I bring in my own caterer for my private function?

Accepted Answer

No all catering must be supplied by Forum Flavours, on the rare occasion that we cannot meet the client’s requirements we may permit outside catering an additional fee will be charged for this service.

There is pay and display parking available with charging points and disabled bays.

Question 7

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation for a meeting or conference space at the hall?

Accepted Answer

All deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the event is cancelled 30 days prior to the balance due date the remaining fee and any extra costs will not be charged, thereafter the full amount will be charged for the booking.
