Forum Leisure is open from 6am to 10pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and 9am to 7pm Sundays.

Yes, we offer all our membership plans online or on the Everyone Active app. You don’t have to come in person, but you are welcome to do so if you wish.

We offer a variety of group fitness and fitness classes ranging in intensity and activity… from Group Cycling, Zumba or HIIT classes to Aqua Aerobics and BODYPUMP. We also offer lower intensity classes such as Yoga and chair based exercises . Find more information and how to join at the Leisure Group Fitness Studio page.

Our sports hall caters for a wide range of sports including badminton, 5-a-side football, walking football, netball, table tennis, gymnastics and more.

Yes, you can cancel any classes or activities you have booked – and there’s no charge if you give us at least four hours’ notice!

Forum Library is open at the following times:

Monday: 8am-8pm

Tuesday: 8am-8pm

Wednesday: 8am-5pm

Thursday: 1pm-8pm

Saturday: 9am-5pm

Visit us at the library and fill out a form, and you’ll be able to borrow books right away.

You can borrow up to eight books once you’re a library member.

There are no fees for borrowing books and we don't have fines for late returns.

Yes, the library has tables and chairs where you can study, with free WiFi, and computers available.

The library has computers and free access to WiFi so that people can use their own devices.

Yes, there is free WiFi at  Forum Library. If you need help accessing it, please ask a member of staff for help.

There is a variety of choice at Forum Flavours which includes vegan and vegetarian options, please ask a member of the team for more details.

We are open 8:30am to 3pm on Monday to Friday, 9am to 1:30pm on Saturdays.  (Sunday opening is dependant on the events programme)

Everyone active WIFI is not password protected you are required to accept the Terms and Conditions for access.

Tickets can be purchased using our online platform – digitickets or at Forum Leisure Reception.  All tickets purchased will be confirmed by e-mail with your unique booking ref number.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Food and Drink can be purchased from our on-site café or Licenced bar opening times will vary dependant on each event.

Yes, the in-house catering team at the Forum provides both set menus and bespoke catering for business meetings, private functions and banqueting.

The Forum hall is a flexible space that lends itself to diverse requirements and seating layouts suitable for theatrical productions, concerts, dance shows and sporting competitions. There is pay and display parking available with charging points and disabled bays.

All deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.  If the event is cancelled 30 days prior to the balance due date the remaining fee and any extra costs will not be charged, thereafter the full amount will be charged for the booking.

No all catering must be supplied by Forum Flavours, on the rare occasion that we cannot meet the client’s requirements we may permit outside catering an additional fee will be charged for this service.

Yes we offer party food boxes from our on-site catering team.

No food is permitted but you may bring your own decorations and birthday cake.

Please note no refunds will be considered unless at least 14 days’ notice is received in writing prior to the date of your party addressed to the General Manager. All cancellations will be reviewed by the General Manager and notification of refund decision will be given in writing.

We require notification at the time of booking with final numbers and requirements 2 weeks in advance of the booking date.
